Transparency and Accountability
Having a Data Processing Policy and a Code of Ethics has for us the objective of describing behaviors or conducts that help us strengthen trust with our stakeholders, thus seeking to maintain a culture of transparency and accountability, under guidelines of conduct that allow us to develop our work from prudence, good ethical, and professional criteria.
This policy is issued in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 and its Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013, with the purpose of ensuring compliance with such regulations and provide adequate treatment of personal data, guaranteeing the rights of the Holders.
An essential guide for everyday business
This is the regulation that legalizes the professional behavior of all of the company employees and guides them so that they can act in accordance with Quipux values during the course of their work. It should be noted that its violation will be sanctioned through the established procedure.

SAGRILAFT has the following objectives
Establish guidelines and controls to manage the LAFT/FPADM risk, preventing Quipux from being used as an instrument to launder assets, finance terrorism, or finance the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
Promote, within the company, the culture of Self-Control and A/FT/FPADM Risk Management by defining the roles and responsibilities of each of the shareholders, employees, partners, and suppliers in relation to SAGRILAFT.
Establish internal policies and procedures that enable all employees, officers, managers and directors of the company to have objective and technical criteria on the prevention of money laundering, financing of terrorism and financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.

Quipux is committed to comply with applicable national and international standards for the fight and prevention of transnational bribery and corruption, assuming a behavior of zero tolerance to these criminal practices and seeking to ensure integrity, transparency and ethics in the development of its corporate purpose and in the actions of its counterparties.
Therefore, the Compliance Manual of the Business Transparency and Ethics Programs has been implemented, through which the mandatory policies and procedures that all shareholders, managers, employees, partners, customers and suppliers must observe during the term they are linked to the company are established and made known.
