We keep transforming the mobility in Popayán!

With our operation in Popayán we want to transform the city through digital solutions that enable efficiency in processes and provide a better service experience for citizens.

This process has been carried out in conjunction with the City Hall of Popayán, and what we seek to accomplish is to preserve the lives of citizens, strengthen citizen culture, and solve traffic and transportation problems.

We offer procedures and services related to traffic and transportation for the citizens of Popayán, and we rely on the digital platform www.transitopopayan.com.co!

Figures about our operation

During 2020, we served 88,620 citizens and processed 54,823 procedures.

In that same year, the month in which most procedures were handled was December, with 8,226 procedures.

In 2020, the average waiting time was 12.9 minutes, and the average service time was 6.3 minutes.

In other words, the time to complete procedures was reduced from 3 days to only 19.2 minutes.

A high percentage of transit-related procedures and services can be made at www.transitopopayan.com.co.

This platform tries to make life easier for citizens, save them time, avoid long lines, and provide them with a comfortable and friendly experience.

In 2020, 34,772 people logged on to our platform and we reached 345,816 internal page views.

During 2020, the average browsing time for individuals was 02:59 minutes.

The most visited pages were the public home (148,451 visits), login (15,887 visits), citizen registration (5,993 visits), online payments (3,929 visits), and address registration (2,441 visits).

With this operation we have managed to increase the security, transparency and reliability of the documented information. We are strengthening the authority in the city!
